When we bought the unit, the firmware was really out of date. I thought
that it had been updated to the latest releases when we got it back from
being 'serviced'. Can you comment?

I've now verified that those PPP users now connect okay. (yay again!)

If in fact my IOS or other software is *still* out of date, is there a
relatively safe way (for fumble fingered newbies like me) to get and
update that software?
