Hi John,
The typical DSL aggregation scenario involves using ATM rather
than Frame Relay from the DSLAM to the aggregation router.
It would typically be up to you rather than the telco, I think, to decide
which encapsulation method is to be used between the CPE and
your aggregation router - PPPoA, PPPoE or RBE (RFC-1483 bridging.)

This gives you an overview. As far as what aggregation router
to use ... I suppose if your 5350s have spare CPU and memory,
they could be used ... assuming that their software supports
the DSL aggregation feature you want (I don't know offhand.)
