[cisco-nas] DS0 active on an AS5350

Hi all,

when I do a sh controller e1 i have:

E1 3/1:
   DS0's Active: 33
   DS0's Active High Water Mark: 36

I have an AS5350 with PRI/E1, is it possible to have high water mark more 
than 30?
