ip radius source-interface Ethernet0
add this in...should do the trick...
you will need to change your radius key on the other end to reflect the
address change.

Subject: [cisco-nas] Sending Radius requests from a different interface
Hello,
I have a 3640 making ppp connections at a remote location. The radius
request come from the serial interface going to Sprint. Sprint has decided
to not route any packets to there serial interfaces. So my radius requests
reach my radius server coming from the serial interface of my router but the
response packets never reach my router. How do I tell the 3640 to send the
radius requests from the ethernet interface ?
