Hi all,
Is there a way via SNMP to make a router dial out?
This is for automated tests on dialer interfaces, i.e. regularly
checking that physically everything is correct.
I used to do this via the ping MIB (with certain pings authorized to
activate the dialer), but now I need to do this on unnumbered interfaces.
Or can I add a 'bogus' route pointing out the dialer interface, and
then ping the destination of that route? I should point out that this
is with dialer watch, so there is no 'dialer group' on the dialer
interface.
Any ideas?
Thanks, and cheers
Michel
