Doubtful that is the problem..unless you have a weird bug.
What happens if you actually try to make a call though? Doesn't europe
l1/l2 stuff stay down until needed? Or is that just l2...can't
remember.
Is the NT1 set for 100ohm? Debug isdn q921 won't show anything unless
your L1 is up..."debug bri" is what you want...although it is pretty
cryptic it will kinda let you know what is going on.
