[cisco-nas] modem not negotiating when receive ANI on ISDN/PRI

Aaron,
Thanks for you assistance.
I attempted a reboot but something happened to our flash and the
12.2(2)XA image was gone. Because of my flash size limitation I am
unable to upgrade to 12.3 at this time. I did find an image for
12.2(2)XB3 that installed.
At any rate, everything is working as expected now.
