[cisco-nas] full-duplex on 10 Mbps AS5300 interface

Hello all,

We have an old AS5300 with 12.1 and it doesn't support full-duplex on the 
10 Mbps Ethernet interface. A newer AS5300 with 12.3 does full duplex on 
the 10 Mbps interface, but we can't upgrade because of memory limitations.

Could anybody let me know when was full-duplex introduced for the 10 meg 
LAN interface? I couldn't find any docs on this.
