Hi Clara,

I'm afraid that this isn't enough information to narrow down the
cause of this crash.

You can get the output of "show version" and "show stacks" then
feed this into Output Interpreter 
https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl
and see what it has to say.  If this doesn't give clear guidance, then
you may want to open a TAC case
