[cisco-nas] AAA session-mib disconnect snmp commitfailed

Dear sir /madam :
                 I've tried to disconnect an aaa
session by snmp:
snmpset -v2c -c test 192.168.1.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.150.1.1.3.1.5.32132 i 1

but it gives me an error 
error in packet
reason :commitfailed
failed
object:snmpv2-smi::enterprises.9.9.150.1.1.3.1.5.32132

note: when I make snmpget it returns the value integer
2 , that means it works good with get 

so what is the problem
