[cisco-nas] Bonded (MLPPP) on 3640 routers -- disapointing performance

Hi William,

Can you supply the appropriate config for the router?  Debugging the 
MLPPP session would be useful as well.  Those will make it much easier 
to determine which side the problem is occurring, yours or your provider.
