[cisco-nas] ISDN PRI Async Dialup configuration

Noufal,

Your debugs show that the router is answering the call, but the circuit 
network is clearing the call about 2.5 seconds later:

        Cause i = 0x8290 - Normal call clearing

The 0x82 part of the DISCONNECT cause code indicates that the call is 
being cleared by the local switch (or some other switch belonging to 
your local exchange carrier.)
