[cisco-nas] E1 R2 signal

Hi all,
I configured the E1 R2 on AS5350 but when I made call to the Switch via the E1, it got more than 10 seconds silence before the ring back tone came. I enabled signal-end-to-end but it didn't help. Could any one tell me how to reduce the delay? Any advice will be appreciated.
