>From third line from show diag 12 command, you will see "Internal Instruction
Error".
Did you check memory or card for false hardware?
It seems like that there is some problem during initializing VIP4-80 with
microcode.
Try different IOS, and check whether you seat memory firmly.
If possible, try different memory.
If you still have a problem, check with vendor to replace it.
