[nsp] Vlan issue on 65xx running catos 5.x?

Hi Mr.nsp 

      It's strange !
     After I issued "set trunk mod/port on",the vlan x seemed that couldn't go through this trunk,I had to set trunk mod/port vlan x and the vlan x was in effect
     
      6509>sh trunk

      What's differenence between "Vlans allowed on trunk"  and  "Vlans allowed and active in management domain" ?
