My PAs are at the supported rev level and were working with
c7200-k4p-mz.120-21.S1 and c7200-k4p-mz.120-21.4.S (& lots of
earlier versions).  They run c7200-boot-mz.120-21.4.S2.  They hang
with c7200-k4p-mz.120-21.4.S2 or c7200-k4p-mz.120-21.4.S3.
