[nsp] c2600 bug ?

Hello...

Is this a ios bug and if so how would I report it?

I was testing several different IOS versions in the lab.  Being a Unix
kind of guy, I did:
Router#copy tftp://192.168.9.1/c2600-io3-mz.122-12a.bin .

instead of:
Router#copy tftp://192.168.9.1/c2600-io3-mz.122-12a.bin flash:

now this is what I have:  ( it does work)

Router#dir flash:
Directory of flash:/

No files in directory

7864320 bytes total (2206628 bytes free)


Router#dir flash:.<TAB> 
Router#dir flash:./c2600-io3-mz.122-12a.bin
Directory of flash:./c2600-io3-mz.122-12a.bin

No such file

Router#sh ver
