[nsp] c2500 Async line problem - noise and overrun

Hello,

We have C2500 used as a comm server.  The Async line
connecting to other routers has kept accupied (busy)
even there is no users.

>From show line output, we see a lot of noise and
overrun.  We have replaced cables but this does not
solve the problem.  Is there any command we can try
under the async configuration to solve the problem,
before we replace the hardware?
