No, as long as the physical/logical network has no loops in it.

Yes, as long as the end stations broadcast at least one packet for the
routers to hear. (An ARP request is sufficient) It should not cause a
problem if they don't learn all addresses straight away as the default
behaviour for unknown destinations is to flood the packet.

Yes, same caveats as above.
