12.0ST was renamed to 12.0S for 12.0(22)S
This means you get a completely different code base actually
for your bgp which is either good or bad depending on your
environment. This also means you have additional linecard memory
suck from all the vrf and other features.
And (now here's something i don't understand) if you have a gsr,
you get IPv6 support, but the rsp and 7200 12.0S images don't get it.
(basically my guess is marketing pressure on cisco to compete with
juniper for ipv6 support in the gsr space).
