[nsp] Cat6K and policing?

	Any providers out there offering Qos policing on circuits to
customers? If so how do you adjust for the inefficiency in recieving
frames but policing packets? Are other providers policing at about 10%
lower (assuming an average packet size of 500bytes) then the advertised
service? (ex. 3Mb service actually policed at 2.7Mb)
