[nsp] ISDN & DOV problems

Hi, I have discovered that I had missed some configuration in the serial0:15
interface, and hence, not doing any auth on the call, however now that I
have added that config, I'm getting another strang problem.

The radius server is authentication the user, and recording in its debug
that the user login is ok, however the NAS rejects the login (AUTH-NAK).  I
do not know why this is and what else to debug to try and get more
information. (Aysnc auth works fine...)
