[nsp] IOS 12.0 S-train for VXR

	I'm running 12.0.22S on two 7206VXRs with no problems.  Full BGP feeds
for all.

Let's face it, there's no Hollow Earth, no robots, and 
no 'mute rays.' And even if there were, waxed paper is 
no defense.  I tried it.  Only tinfoil works.
