[nsp] question

IF the bootrom supports such an operation, which they don't all do. I
recall having to upgrade a pile of 2500s for Y2k (cisco didnt y2k certify
10.x) and having to get console access on the older ones to help the
process along manually.  Plus there is the paranoia factor, I am not sure
I trust -anything- to do what it is supposed to automagically without
atleast being able to watch the process via the console.  But I am a
paranoid bastard.
