[nsp] Multiple DPT cards in single 7200VXR

With the release of the NPE-G1 it is now possible from a bandwidth point p-o-v to have 2 DPT cards in a 7200VXR since the built-in
GE ports on the NPE don't use up any points on the buses. I just reviewed the DPT PA docs and fine no information about a PA limit
in a VXR.

You would reach 600 points total (4x 150 across the 2 buses) for the 2 DPT PA including the NPE-G1, has anyone tried this yet?
