[nsp] cisco 2600 - analog modem troubleshooting ...

Hi everybody,

I use a 16 ports analog modem module with a cisco 2600 as RAS.

Since a certain moment, one of the ports (1/1) has not been answering to 
the calls anymore.

My question is : how can I troubleshoot the box to know if the modem is 
out of service ? or if it is another problem ?

The modem call-stats does not show any call, neither problems (B or b) 
in the interface 1/1.

I already reset the modem without a result (by clear modem 1/1).
