[nsp] Bandwidth meters (maybe off topic)

Hi all,

Somebody can help me, what do you think about the web pages with bandwidth
meters of leased lines and ADSL.

Someone know the process of this program to get information, do a test and have
a result?
What I need to run this test?
What´s the limits or restrictions of the meters?
In case of ADSL, how the system separate between upstream and downstream?
This page have credibility or reality?
If I multiplex the service, what happend? (some leased lines in 2 E1's to
optimize the bandwidth 50% - 50%)
