[nsp] cross-over X21

Hi,

I made a cross over X21 in order to connect two routers back to back.

router-----Male X21----Converter-----Male X21------Router

I have some trouble and I would like to be sure of my cabling.

Please, can someone have a look at my converter?

Here is the converter using two pin15 female connectors:

4--receive + ---------------transmit + -----2
5--indication + ------------control + -------3
6------------------timing + ---------------------6

8---------------control GND ------------------8

13-----------------timing - ----------------------13
