[nsp] turbo ACL reliability in 12.0S

| My question is, what is the real current state of the turboacl
| feature?  Is anyone out there running turboacl on a 7500 w/ 12.0S?

Besides reliability, make sure that there is real gain in your
configuration. When the company I worked with tested turbo-acl, it worked
with no issues, even for ACLs with hundreds of lines. Turned out that it
also didn't improve performance or reduced CPU usage...
