A couple of our 7507's got bit by CSCdx94390, a memory fragmentation
bug in the turboacl code when we were running 12.0(21)S-something.
Since that was fixed in 12.0(21)S05 we haven't seen any issues, 
Remember that compiled access lists are only faster for ACL's with 6
