[nsp] Can single DPT cards be used in GSR?

Yes. You have to use the card in failover-mode, stating "hw-module slot X 
srp" on an adjacent slot. This slot can then not be used for anything 
else as it's "reserved" for the "mate" SRP card (that you don't have).

I have used the above for a long time between two GSRs, works well.
