[nsp] Can single DPT cards be used in GSR?

The functionality to change SRP cards into POS (much like 10720s
do now) has been on the backburner for awhile, but apparently it'll
be in IOS Real Soon Now (this time for sure).  It doesn't help you
now, but check with your acct team if interested.
