[nsp] 6500 TDR How to use it ?

Not sure about catos, but hopefully in native code they've kept it
consistent with the existing CLI on 10720s:

10720#test interfaces fastEthernet 2/11 tdr
pins 1,2

cable status:           OK (perfectly terminated)

cable status:           OK (perfectly terminated)

10720#test interfaces fastEthernet 2/10 tdr
pins 1,2

cable status:           disconnected/cut
