[nsp] Pix 506e aaa authentication

Can someone please tell me or point me to a link that shows how to get a 
cisco pix 506e to authenticate a console and ssh connection using radius and 
if that fails then to use local accounts. I can get the pix to authenticate 
using radius and local accounts, I just can't make the pix failover if the 
radius server isn't available.
