[nsp] Serial number

I tried "sh idprom backplane" on my two 6500s (6.4.5 and 7.3.1) and got
"unrecognized command". Anyone know why that is?

Lots of other opportunities for standardization too. My current pet
peeve is the flash memory on the secondary (redundant) processor -
sec-slot0: on the GSR and slaveslot0: on 6500/native.
