Ah. In that case, it's probably just the usual "output counters get
stuck" bug - 34 / 41 Mbit/s. are a decent value for input bps. Try
issueing a "clear counter <interface>", that should get the counters
going again.
I was confusing this with the PA-MC-T3 problems, where you get bps rates
over 10 mbit/s. on a T1 (1.5 mbit/s.).
