[nsp] testing WIC1-DSU-T1 w/ Kentrox DSU

I've got a loopback plug with that pinout - works when I plug into the
Kentrox - works when I plut it into the wic1-dsu.  Doesn't work when I link
the two back-to-back.

I set clock source to internal on the wic, but no dice.
