[nsp] cat2800 - console access/password recovery

Hello !

AFAIK, Cat2800 (and some other legacy Cat's) uses for console connection
straight 8-wire flat cable with RJ45M-DB9F adapter. Most of the other
Cisco equipment uses rollover 8-wire flat cable.
