[nsp] 12.1(19)E1a for 6500

Hello,

Two questions on this issue:

 Q1.define the "power supply fails" is it considered to be failed when i turn off one of PS in the C6k?

 Q2. Checking the bug details the 12.1(11b)E7 is told to be affected by this bug. However, we have some C6k,
	running this version, and we have several time turned off one of the PS in the box.

     Seems:
	either this issue *might* cause a crash, and we have been lucky so far,
	either 12.1(11b)E7 is mistakenly told be affected,
	either there are some other conditions (only a particular SUP, or like)

If anyone out there has experice, could you please tell us more!
