one can log in with ipc-con command

Don't know of a way to log in, but you can use "show controllers cwan".
With a FlexWAN in slot 4 with two PA-MC-STM-1 cards, you can look at
CPU usage with
show controllers cwan 4 0 proc cpu
show controllers cwan 4 1 proc cpu
