Thanks - Actually I did do the reverse (I typed it freehand instead of copy
/ paste). Not that this makes any sense, but per another recommendation I
made a distribution list to deny the /22 from EIGRP. When I did that it
caused some weird routing problems so I put it back. I had done an IOS
upgrade last Thursday night to eliminate a potential EIGRP routing loop bug
but that hadn't made a difference either. Is it possible something got
reset when I applied the distribute list and then took it out the other
night ? The show ip route show reports as I would expect:
#show ip rou 10.2.68.0 255.255.252.0
Routing entry for 10.2.68.0/22
Known via "static", distance 254, metric 0 (connected)
Redistributing via eigrp 65555
Routing Descriptor Blocks:
* directly connected, via Null0
Route metric is 0, traffic share count is 1
I am going to leave things alone for a few days over the holiday and see how
they play out.
Thanks for all the suggestions and help
Eric
