I've just tried -is (c7300-is-mz.122-18.S2.bin) and it also crashes with 
the same conditions.  I haven't run through our test process of 
12.2(20)S on this platform but it looks like we might have to.. If 
anyone is at Cisco over the break and can confirm this in the lab and 
pull the 12.2(18)S2 7304 images if they're just plain broken, that'd be 
much appreciated.
