[nsp] Cisco 7513 OC3 back to back configuration

Hello,
I have two cisco 7513 boxes with OC3 POS interfaces.
is it possible to conenct the two boxes back to back
by just interchanging TX and RX fibers ? or do I need
to conenct the POS interfaces by OADM's ?
