[nsp] BGP Route reflector issues with 12.2(13)?

Has anyone else seen an issue with 12.2(13) wherein a router acting as a route
reflector decides to include itself as next-hop, even when it hasn't been
configured to do so?  We don't have multiple-paths set, and we don't have
next-hop-self set.  The only thing that changed from working to non-working
is upgrading from 12.2(12a) to 12.2(13).
