[nsp] Intresting BGP issue

one of my upstream ISPs has 2 AS numbers for their network. What is the
best way for me to work around this.

I tried using prepends, but my customers complain. The only other think
I can think of is using a route map and setting the LOCAL PREF, but then
I would have to do that for every route that I want to use the second
link. That would also only work for outbound traffic.

I cant think of any other solution.

Any advice ?
