Not necessarily; if most of your traffic is going to customers of
Concert then you might excedd your 2mbps.

As you have significantly more bandwidth to Sprint it might be worth
only taking customer/infrastructure routes from Concert and defaulting
everything else to Sprint.

The only way you'll find out what traffic goes where is to try it and
make adjustments.
