i urge folks with service contracts to contact cisco and tell them
you want tarballs of documentation, separated as:
- hardware
- software (per-)release
- etc
enjoy not having to buy (and discard) CCO documentation cdroms quaterly,
have a local copy for those times when you're stuck, make it searchable
with your favorite indexing software...
several vendors do this already. cisco needs to hear from its
customers en-mass. i filed a CCO case and, in their defense, while
they could not provide any help, i did receive a reply that seemed
hopeful of their considering this service.
