12.2(16.5)T was the last interim build for 12.2T, but it's not really
the best fix since you usually don't want to put an interim in your
network unless you have to. The least risk would be to upgrade to the
latest rebuild of whatever 12.2T release you are currently running
which contains the fix (see the table in the advisory). So, if you
were running 12.2(13)T, you should go to 12.2(13)T5. If you would like
to move to latest, 12.3 is the continuation of 12.2T, so 12.3(1a)
would be the best choice.
