[nsp] ubr7114E on feature navigator

Does anybody have an idea why the ubr7114E is not supported by feature
navigator? As far as I can see, only 12.2BC and 12.1EC are supported on the
ubr7114E right now, but none of them are available in feature navigator. The
ubr7114E seems to be mostly abandoned right now in respect to the dreaded
input block bug, we are on 12.1(13)EC2 right now, while the only version
without the bug is 12.1(19)EC which is not yet available (release date is end
of july according to the advisory).
