hello
I am a CCNA from Turkey, and I think I will soon be in charge of
implementing a nation-wide VoIP solution using Cisco products for a large
company here. However, I have two questions:

- I assume that implementing this solution is a bit beyond my knowledge. Is
there a certain Cisco course that I could take, which would make me a
passable Cisco Voice professional that know how to configure the necessary
equipment?

- Is it possible to eavesdrop on calls made using this technology?
Theoratically it should be much safer than calls made using traditional
telephone systems, but I wonder if there's some way of listening or is it
completely secure?
